Timeline and future updates

The preliminary timeline for the transition to the new Harmonie services is known. From June 18, all Harmonie services, including KDP, will be based on the machines in Iceland. This means that the same services you are accustomed to with Harmonie Cy40 will now apply to Cy43. This also means that from June 18, the Harmonie Cy40 runs will no longer be produced in De Bilt. Depending on weather conditions, this transition may be delayed by a few days.

There will be an alternative Harmonie Cy40 deterministic run, named HA40_Alt, running on the machine in Iceland. This is a solution to allow more time for the transition to Cy43. This applies exclusively to the HA40 deterministic products; Product 1, 3, and 5. On the 18th of June, HA40_ALT will be integrated with the current Harmonie Cy40. We emphasize that this is a temporary solution. Therefore, we strongly urge you to transition to the Harmonie Cy43 products.

We understand that the transition may be complex. We remain committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.
