KNMI Data Centre (KDC) is per Monday July 27th definitely replaced by KNMI Data Platform (KDP)
Via the landingspage of KDP (http://dataplatform.knmi.nl/) you will find the available data products under the tab "Data Catalog", these are the same as what was available at the KDC. Via the tab 'Developer Portal' you will find information about how the use of API is arranged.
As of July 1st, 2020, we will discontinue the HIRLAM (High Resolution Limited Area Model) weather model, which has been used since 1993.
